French Louis XV Bourguignon Stone Fireplace Surround fireback each of these heftyDETAILS This elegant, antique, French fireplace mantel was beautifully hand carved in Bourguignon stone. The slightly shaped mantel surmounts a frieze with a very lovely, stylized shell at the center, flanked by rococo carving on the canted jambs; the jambs with a restrained cabriole form and incised, elongated reserves.
